If you contact us via the contact form on our website, the data you enter (such as your name, email address, and message content) will be processed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions.
- Legal Basis: The processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling user inquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
- Storage Period: We delete this data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of your inquiry, provided there are no legal storage obligations.
- Third-Party Processing: This website is built with Lovable. Contact form data is processed by the application hosted through Lovable and sent to the website operator using Lovable’s managed email service. The form does not store submissions in the application database. Friendly Captcha is used to protect the form against automated submissions; its response is verified server-side before a message is sent.

- Scope of Processing: Lovable provides basic visitor metrics to the website operator. Details of platform-level data processing are described in Lovable’s Privacy Policy.
- Consent Settings: Optional third-party resources on this website remain blocked until you grant the corresponding consent through Cookiebot. You can adjust your choices at any time using Cookie settings.
- Legal Basis: The processing is based on our legitimate interest in optimization and secure operation of our website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR); processing that requires consent is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Integration of YouTube Videos with Cookiebot Consent
1. Nature and Scope of Data Processing
We integrate videos from the "YouTube" platform on our website. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
To protect your privacy as best as possible, we have configured the YouTube videos so that, by default, no connection is established to YouTube's servers and no cookies are set unless you have expressly permitted it.
We use the consent management technology provided by Cookiebot for this purpose. YouTube content on our website remains blocked until you grant your consent to the corresponding cookie category ("Marketing") within the Cookiebot banner.
The connection to YouTube is only unlocked once you agree to this category (either generally in the banner or directly by clicking on the blocked video element). At this moment, numerous cookies from YouTube are placed on your end device, and data (including your IP address, device information, and information about which video you accessed on our site) is transmitted to Google's servers. If you are logged into your YouTube or Google account at the same time, Google can assign this data directly to your personal profile.
2. Legal Basis
The processing of data and the setting of YouTube cookies are carried out exclusively on the basis of your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR as well as Section 25 para. 1 TDDG (formerly TTDSG).
3. Withdrawal of Consent
You can withdraw or adjust your consent to the storage of marketing cookies at any time with effect for the future. To do this, simply click on the Cookiebot icon (the floating widget button or the link in our privacy policy) to reopen the cookie selection window and change your preferences. Following a withdrawal, no further data will be transmitted to YouTube, and the video will be blocked again.
For more information on how user data is handled, please refer to YouTube/Google's privacy policy at: google.com.

- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (DSB) (Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, Austria).
